My business journey started when I opened my own plant based restaurant in Barcelona in 2021. It started from a small cafe that later grew into an industrial kitchen with two locations.
The concept of the restaurant was quite unusual because we were a restaurant without a menu. Every day we created a new dish to surprise our customers with new flavours and innovative recipes.
